「Cortana」を利用しない企業向けWindows 10活用のベストプラクティス 音声パーソナルアシスタント「Cortana」は、「Microsoft 365」で強化されたクラウドベースのアシスタントサービスに強化されることになっています。そのため「Windows 10 May 2020 Update（バージョン2004）」ではCortanaアプリが刷新されました。しかし現状、日本／日本語で利用できる機能は限定的です。当面、利用予定がない場合は、ユーザーから問い合わせを受ける前に、無効化しておくことをお勧めします。
