注目の「EUサイバーレジリエンス法」をはじめとする、いま知っておくべき製品セキュリティの新たな法律・制度とは? - 企業価値向上につながる実効性のある対応を探る IoT機器やデジタル製品へのサイバー攻撃増加に伴い、セキュリティ対策の可視化と評価が進んでいる。2024年11月20日に「EUサイバーレジリエンス法」が発行され、2027年12月11日から適用開始予定だ。日本では2025年3月から「JC-STAR」制度が運用開始される。これらの法制度への対応は企業の競争力に直結し、重要な課題となっている。
