セキュリティ人材の求人倍率42.6倍、需給逼迫が一段と深刻化 - レバテック調査 レバテックは1月29日、「IT人材の正社員転職市場動向」を発表した。セキュリティ関連の正社員求人数は直近3年間で約2.5倍に拡大し、求人倍率は42.6倍と極めて高い水準になっているという。
