メルカリは2026年3月2日より、フリマアプリ「メルカリ」において、出品者・購入者がお互いの氏名・住所などの個人情報を開示することなく商品の返品手続きを完結できる「匿名返品機能」の提供を順次開始した。対象はらくらくメルカリ便・ゆうゆうメルカリ便・エコメルカリ便を利用した取引で、返品送料は無料。取引画面で「匿名返品」を選択後、発行される二次元コードをヤマト運輸営業所・セブン‐イレブン・ファミリーマートのいずれかで提示するだけで発送できる。
