大河原克行のNewsInsight 第433回 シャープ新社長に河村哲治氏が昇格、海外事業の経験豊富 - 沖津雅浩氏は副会長に シャープは、2026年4月1日付で、社長執行役員 CEOに、河村哲治専務執行役員 CBDO( Chief Business Development Officer)が就任すると発表した。6月に開催予定の定時株主総会で代表取締役に就任する予定だ。沖津雅浩代表取締役社長 CEOは、代表取締役副会長に就く。定時株主総会で代表取締役を退任することになる。
