インテルとSAIMEMORYのAI向け次世代メモリ共同開発、NEDOの助成事業に採択 インテル日本法人とSAIMEMORY(ソフトバンク子会社)は4月22日、NEDO(国立研究開発法人新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構)が実施した「ポスト5G情報通信システム基盤強化研究開発事業／先端半導体製造技術の開発(助成)」における研究開発項目「高メモリ密度・広帯域・低消費電力な革新的メモリの製造技術開発」において、両社の共同提案「高密度・広帯域・低消費電力ZAM(Z-Angle Memory)の開発」が採択されたと発表した。
