Samsung Electronicsは、米国カリフォルニア州サンタクララで開催されている「Future of Memory and Storage(FMS) 2026」において、AIインフラ向け次世代3Dメモリ構想を公開した。HBMをAIアクセラレータ上に垂直積層する「zHBM」や、V-NAND技術をベースとした高性能NAND「zNAND-O」のコンセプトモデルに加え、400層超の「V10 BV-NAND」などを披露し、AI時代に向けたメモリおよびストレージ技術のロードマップを示した。
