メール確認や情報収集、資料作成をAIに任せる──もはや珍しくありません。では、複数のAIに役割を持たせ、“組織”として動かすことはどうでしょうか。「難しそう」「うちではできない」と思うかもしれませんが、実はすでに実現できる時代になっています。実際、NECがAIだけの「無人部署」を新設するなど、企業のAI活用も新たな段階に入っています。また筆者の会社では、人間5人に対して「AI社員62体」が秘書、広報、営業、経理など9部門で働いています。本稿では、運用して分かった成果と失敗、組織図から作り方・管理方法まで公開。さらに、すぐに使える7つの指示文と、9部門分の「社員票テンプレート」も紹介します。
