Infineon、第2世代SiCデバイス「CoolSiC MOSFET」を発表 Infineon Technologiesが2024年3月5日、同社の第2世代SiCデバイスである「CoolSiC MOSFET G2」を発表した。これに関する日本での説明会が4月12日に開催されたので、その内容を紹介する。
