【Salesforce】AIエージェント時代に必須「管理者スキル3選」、専門知識は何を学ぶ？ 生成AIの進化に伴い、「AIエージェント」への期待が高まってる。自律的にタスクをこなし、業務における「人の代替」を担うとも言われるAIエージェントだが、SalesforceにもAgentforceと呼ばれるAIエージェントが実装されている。それに伴い、Salesforce管理者の役割も、従来から変化を迎えているという。AgentforceがSalesforce管理者にもたらす変化について、「Salesforce MVP」で殿堂入りの実績を持つNTTテクノクロスの鈴木貞弘氏が解説する。
