第42回流通情報システム総合展「リテールテックJAPAN 2026」が3月3日～6日に開催された。本稿では、Salesforceとカインズが共同で出展した体験型ブースを紹介する。ブースでは「AI×パーソナライズ」「AI×店舗」をテーマに、AIエージェントを活用したCX(顧客体験)とEX(従業員体験)の取り組みが紹介されていた。
