レバレジーズは3月10日、レバテックが実施したIT人材のキャリア意識に関する調査結果を発表した。管理職に就いていないIT人材の約6割が「管理職になりたくない」と回答し、半数以上が技術志向のキャリアを希望していることが明らかになった。
