楽天モバイル、楽天ID未連携での自動解約を撤回 - 電話番号も失効せず 楽天モバイルは9月14日、楽天IDと連携せずに同社の通信サービスを利用しているユーザーについて、11月30日に予定していた回線の自動解約を撤回すると発表した。8月31日に公表した内容を巡り、対象ユーザーに不安や混乱を招いたとして謝罪した。
